Pursuing "Win-Win-Win" Across Borders
For many years, I worked as an Official Development Assistance (ODA) specialist, engaging in projects related to environmental assessment and business process optimization through digital technology. I also have eight years of professional experience working in Myanmar.
Through these experiences, a political incident sparked a realization: the power of business can shed light not only on challenges in developing countries, but also on corporate challenges. Driven by this insight, I made the decision to start my own company in 2022.
There is a phrase left behind by Nakamura Jihei, a merchant of the Omi school of commerce: "sanpo-yoshi" (a win for all three parties). The teaching holds that true commerce should simultaneously realize not only the seller's profit, but also buyer satisfaction and contribution to society.
What our company pursues is "sanpo-yoshi" that transcends borders. Our goal is to simultaneously achieve digital transformation domestically and talent development and job creation in developing countries. This is the origin of hope-links.
